We live in a society with tremendous economic, social and environmental challenges. We have generated an enormous social gap, an unprecedented concentration of wealth, levels of corruption that destroy trust, humanitarian tragedies that shame us every day and a consumption much more ambitious than the planet can support.
However, we have seen how people and organizations have evolved to the understanding that a better society is built with concrete actions at the professional and citizen level, to get up every day to contribute, gravitate and transcend through our daily work.
We define this capacity and talent as a differentiating "gene", a "DNA" that we consider to be the raw material of change, progress and human evolution, and which is demonstrated in that constant search for purpose, that need to be part of work teams and business models that seek to add value at an economic, social and environmental level.
