Unlike any other conference in impact, SOCAP convenes the whole ecosystem to catalyze investable and profitable businesses and industries that can solve the greatest challenges of our time. For more than 16 years, the SOCAP conference has been the flagship event and leading convener in the impact economy, gathering more than 100,000 people since our first event. SOCAP24 will take place Oct. 28 through 30, 2024, at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. We invite changemakers from every sector and across the globe who are ready to dig in to help drive urgent change for people and the planet.
SOCAP serves as one of the world's largest gatherings for the impact ecosystem driving market-based solutions to the world's most pressing issues. We bring together funders and founders, plus people from philanthropy, government, education, media, finance, science, faith-based organizations, NGOs, creatives, nonprofits, community leaders, and others. We convene a global audience, with representation from 57 countries at SOCAP23.
Our sessions are focused on an annual theme, with tracks categorized by topic and sector to help attendees find the sessions and fellow attendees who can help them achieve their impact goals. By inviting the full field of impact, we create the environment for serendipitous encounters as well as guided learning opportunities to accelerate collaboration that drives the change we seek.

Morgan Simon of Candide Group, a longtime attendee and a SOCAP23 speaker, shared in a Money + Meaning podcast episode that the event's strength lies in its cross-sector design that drives connection and innovation.
"What's great about SOCAP, in general, is the opportunity to come together as a community and discuss some of the contemporary, actionable issues that we need to address as a sector that's looking at ways of not only doing business differently but the way that creates systems change across society."
